Processing Times

All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United Kingdom:

• Standard delivery – Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Next day delivery – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Notes

While Royal Mail provides reliable service, occasional delays may occur — especially during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please get in touch.

Shipping Outside the UK

We’re not currently offering international shipping through the website — but if you’re outside the UK and interested in a piece, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

All orders are sent with tracking, but please understand that we are not liable for delays or loss due to postal service issues once the item has been shipped. We’ll do our best to help resolve any issues with Royal Mail.
