Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love your piece, and we craft each one with care and intention. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To start a return, please contact us at veteratelier@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return Process:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • You have an additional 14 days to return the item to us from the date you notify us of the cancellation.
  • All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please consider this before placing your order.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • The refund will be for the price of the item(s) only, minus the original shipping costs, unless the item was faulty.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item is returned showing signs of wear or damage beyond what is reasonably expected when trying it on.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the item you would like.
